Abstract
Identification of bioinspired yet nonnatural low cost and stable chemical scaffolds has been a long term goal for a plethora of applications, ranging from medicinal chemistry to material science. To meet the goal of biomimicry the use of peptoids has been one of the most symbolic approaches of the last two decades, due to their ability to adopt folded nanostructures, and thus be designed to adopt specific conformations.
