Vinod Kumar Khanna (born November 25, 1952, Lucknow, India) is a former scientist emeritus, CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) and professor emeritus, AcSIR (Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research), India. He is a retired Chief Scientist and Head, MEMS and Microsensors Group, CSIR-CEERI (CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute), Pilani (Rajasthan) and Professor, AcSIR, India.
