Ethylene–norbornene copolymers and advanced single-site polyolefins
T.J. Dunn, formerly at Printpack, Inc., USA
Abstract:
The chapter addresses the polymerization and structure of advanced single-site polyolefins and ethylene-norbornene copolymers. The relevance of this information to compounding a variety of nanocomposite polymers is discussed. Data from the literature and unpublished experiments are summarized with an eye towards understanding the growing potential of these materials in commercial food packaging applications.
