REALLY, WHAT’S THE POINT?

We’re going to end this book with a discussion of the real purpose of the preceding nine chapters: why arrive at this station?
First, let’s establish that stations and terminals are two different entities. A station is a stop along the way. The terminal is the end of the line. I’m not talking about terminals; I’m talking about the next station, since neither you nor I can be certain about what awaits each of us, or when, at the end of the line.
Second, this is all about mindset. Your beliefs, values, and perceptions will inform your behaviors. The sequence looks like this (for your clients, as well):
