About the Author
Lee McEnany Caraher is the founder and CEO of Double Forte, a fiercely independent marketing firm doing great work for good people and companies. She is also the founder of Rocks Are Hard, a colorful blog delivering advice, strong opinion, and research on leadership and management of people of all ages, MBTI types, DISC profiles, strengths, and growing edges. Lee graduated from Carleton College with a bachelor of arts in history—well Medieval History, which she finds useful every day. She lives near San Francisco, with her husband, two children, and a blind cat, and serves on the board of directors of several prominent San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit organizations.
