According to Pew Research,¹ there are more than seventy-seven million Millennials, born since 1980, who in 2014 are between twenty-two and thirty-four years of age. This generation eclipses Generation X’s forty-six million by almost 68 percent, and generally equals the size of the Baby Boomer generation which the U.S. Census Bureau counts at 76.4 million (Population Reference Bureau).
