Sharing Documents Securely on a Multiuser Computer
Windows XP sets aside a group of folders that enable users to share documents with one another. The Shared Documents folder has its own icon in the My Computer window for all users who log on to the local computer. By default, the Shared Documents folder and its subfolders are located in the All Users profile (on a default setup, the path is C:\Documents And Settings\All Users). Members of the Administrators group have Full Control permissions for this folder and all its subfolders.
