A Quick Overview of the Interface
If you are already familiar with Media Player 7.1, then you pretty much have Media Player 8 in the bag. With the exception of some minor details and a sculpted look added to the Full Mode, there are no significant changes. If, however, you have not experienced Microsoft's new multimedia center, then there are a few things you should get familiar with, which will help in the following sections. First, get the big picture (see Figure 29.1).
