Installing Printers
To add a printer to the system in Windows Server 2003, as in previous versions of Windows, use the Add Printer Wizard. If you configured printers in any version of Windows since Microsoft Windows 95, you’ll find that the process is similar in Windows Server 2003.

 | To change the default behavior of the Add Printer Wizard for clients, servers, or both, open the appropriate Group Policy object, choose either the Computer Configuration or User Configuration container, choose Administrative Templates and then Printers.
