Chapter 9. Designing the report layout
Now that you know how to obtain data for a report, it’s time to learn how to design the report layout. In this chapter, you learn how to use report items and data regions to structure your report. You also learn how to configure various properties that control the look and feel of your report. The examples in this chapter use the Report Designer in SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), but the same report items, data regions, and properties are available to you when you use Report Builder.
