Horizontal slicers

• An alternative design is to set the orientation to horizontal under the General formatting options:

• Horizontal orientation slicers are often place along the top of report pages and can benefit mobile consumption.

4. Edit the interactions.
   • If necessary, use Edit Interactions from the Format tab and exempt certain visuals from the slicer selections
5. Configure the selection controls.
   • Single Select and Select All are turned on and off, respectively, under the Selection Control options.
     • With Single Select, holding down the Ctrl key is required to add items to the selection.
