Working with Multiple Calendars
It is often handy to have more than one Calendar. For instance, you might want to maintain one Calendar for yourself, and one for a team project. Or you might want to have separate business and personal calendars. It is easy to create new Calendars.
With Outlook 2003, you can view several Calendars at the same time, and move or copy appointments and events between them. When you view and scroll multiple calendars, they all display the same date or time period.
In this exercise, you will create a new Calendar, and then view all the available Calendars at once.
