Understanding Specific Changes that SharePoint Introduces
Now that we have discussed change from a general perspective, let’s discuss some of the more common changes that users experience when SharePoint is introduced. This discussion will be from the viewpoint of the user, not the administrator or architect. There are several key changes that users will experience pretty quickly. We’ll cover them under the general umbrellas of how information is accessed, how information is managed, and how collaboration occurs. Note that we cannot cover all of the changes that SharePoint will introduce into your environment, so we’ll need to focus on the more common changes that organizations often experience.
