The migration of a Content Management Server Web site to SharePoint Server 2007 is unlike the upgrade of Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 or a SharePoint Portal Server 2003 site to SharePoint Server 2007 in that an extra step is required.
