Response Group Service Clients
The Response Group Service is an optional Office Communications Server 2007 R2 application that is installed by default. It offers organizations a solution for deploying and administering a voice hunt group and basic Interactive Voice Response (IVR) routing.
The Response Group Service is a server application that routes voice calls to a specific group of agents and that is configured by an administrator. For example, upon receiving a customer call for a particular number, the Response Group Service is responsible for finding an available agent to take the customer call.
