Modifying an Existing Report
Once you create a report, you can open it in Design view and add or remove fields. The available fields appear in the Field List task pane; to add a field, just drag its name from the Field List task pane to the body of the report.
Open a Report for Editing
Display the database’s reports in the Navigation Pane.
Right-click a report.
Click Design View.
