Modifying an Existing Report

Once you create a report, you can open it in Design view and add or remove fields. The available fields appear in the Field List task pane; to add a field, just drag its name from the Field List task pane to the body of the report.

Open a Report for Editing

  1. Display the database’s reports in the Navigation Pane.

  2. Right-click a report.

  3. Click Design View.
