Integration Methods
There are various ways to integrate Lync Server 2013 with an existing PBX, whether it is a legacy or IP PBX. The methods discussed in this section can be used to support a period of coexistence with the existing telephony infrastructure, which allows businesses to evaluate and test Lync Enterprise Voice without performing a full migration. A brand-new Greenfield deployment is rare to come across, so many deployments will require this coexistence situation for some time.
