Opening Worksheets with Links
When you open a worksheet that has a link to another workbook file, a dialog like the one in Figure 31 appears.
If you click Yes, Excel checks the other file and updates linked information. If Excel can't find the other workbook, it displays a standard Open dialog so you can find it.
If you click No, Excel does not check the data in the other file.
