The Office Assistant
The Office Assistant displays an animated character (Figure 31) that can provide tips and assistance while you work. While enabled, the Office Assistant is the main interface for working with Excel's onscreen Help feature.

To enable or disable the Office Assistant
Choose Help > Use the Office Assistant (Figure 32). The Office Assistant will disappear.
