What’s New in Dynamics CRM 2011
Although SharePoint integration was an option with previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it required configuration and even when deploying it based on best practices, there were still options that resulted in varied results (both in performance and implementation options). Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 now features native SharePoint integration options out-of-the-box. The document management integration is going to show up in two places. First, there is now a Documents view on every record in CRM, as shown in Figure 17.1.
