STEP 4:IDENTIFY GENERATIONAL TRIGGERS

Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, relatively few people had heard of my work, which makes sense. The crisis changed the way we work together, and it changed the minds of people who did not believe generational soft skills had anything to do with their work culture, particularly my clients in the armed forces. But they came around once they saw the data and saw themselves and their teams in the data.
