Conclusion

The new owners are young, aggressive, informal, and visionary—a complete contrast to our former owners. They are also risk takers and have made large investments in our people and facilities—in contrast to our former owners, who didn’t believe in cross-fertilization at the top, middle, or lower levels of management. The new owners are quite the opposite and have good results to show for it.
