I can only describe the entire merging process as being full of secrets, lies, tricks, and games with little or no consideration for the very excellent management team that made this a valuable business.
They did not explore synergies or mutual growth but went straight for dominance and control. They pretty much left it up to empire-building subsidiary managers less qualified than our own managers to manage the business.We have since become politicized and bureaucratic and been sucked into their big corporate culture.
