The Three Management Reports
In this chapter we explore the three TDRp management reports—the program report, the operations report, and the summary report—which we introduced in chapter 1. These reports are specifically designed to enable L&D leaders to run learning like a business, so it will be helpful to begin by briefly describing what we mean by that.
