Dr. Seth R. Silver is the principal of Silver Consulting, Inc., an independent organizational consulting practice. Since 1998, he has worked with hundreds of organizations to improve the quality of leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement, professional relationships, and performance at the individual, team, and division levels.
