The idea of the Workplace Covenant was not an “aha” moment that magically occurred one day. Instead, it evolved from Seth's work with numerous managers and teams. It began with an insight and from there developed into a process and then a model. In the 1990s, he worked at a large office equipment manufacturer in Upstate New York.
