Using Event Viewer, you can create and save event log filters, export a custom event view to another computer, schedule a task to run when a given event is logged, and collect events from multiple computers so that you can view all these events on a single computer. Event Viewer enables you to view alerts generated by data collector sets from Performance Monitor; however, it does not enable you to generate alerts from conditions such as high processor utilization.
