It makes sense that our next step when dealing with Starter GPOs is to edit that policy and give it some settings. Editing a Starter GPO is exactly like editing any other GPO, except that you will find you are restricted to only the settings contained inside the Administrative Templates folders, as you can see in the following screenshot.
Right-click on the new Starter GPO that you just created, and choose Edit...:
