Setting up Docker Desktop with Kubernetes

Let's start by making sure that your Docker Desktop environment is correctly configured to run Kubernetes on your workstation or laptop. If you have Docker Desktop installed, there is no longer any need (that I know of) to use Minikube. To do that, right-click on the well in your system tray and select Settings, as shown in Figure 5:

Then click on the Kubernetes tab on the left side of the dialogue, as shown in Figure 6. Make sure the Enable Kubernetes box is checked; after checking it, wait for Kubernetes to start and the dot at the bottom left of the dialogue ...
