Chapter 3. Reading an LDS with Sentences
This chapter shows you how to say an LDS aloud—or equivalently, how to write sentences meaning precisely what the LDS means. This fundamental LDS-reading skill is quite mechanical and therefore quite easy to learn.
After you learn the material in this chapter, you will be able to generate accurate declarative sentences about an LDS, and you will be able to recognize inaccurate sentences and know why they are inaccurate. These seemingly modest goals deserve an entire chapter because these skills are fundamental. If you do not master the skills in this chapter, you will never learn the skills in the rest of the book.
