I recently facilitated a workshop for undergraduates that the organizer entitled: “Landing Your Dream Job.” The title immediately sparked several questions. What exactly is a dream job? Are college students aware of the dynamics driving today’s global marketplace that can impact their dreams? Working off of the assumption that your dreams evolve over time, how can one land a dream job amidst lifelong personal growth and professional development?
