A/B testing: Comparative testing that varies only one message element at a time.
acquisition cost: The total cost of acquiring a new customer.
buzz: A measure of “word-of-mouth” marketing and product reputation, representing excitement and conversation about a product or service.
click-through rate (CTR): The percentage of views on a web page that resulted in a desired click.
conversion: Generally, the purchase of a product or service by a web visitor. May also be used to define the completion of a desirable activity by a web visitor, such as site registration or newsletter subscription.
