Getting to The RemitCustomer Focus for top performing teams
We saw in Chapter 1 that there were four primary team characteristics (see Figure 3.1) considered essential if the team were to be high performing. What we now need to do is to consider how to develop those four characteristics in an intelligent and sustainable way; furthermore, to see how motivation plays its part in all this, and how motivation can be deployed more effectively.
