Obstacle 2: Low Participation
A team can’t succeed if some or all of its members don’t participate wholeheartedly in its work, meetings, and social events. With low participation, the team loses out on the fresh ideas, knowledge, skills, and other important strengths that individual members bring to the team’s work. For this reason, it’s important to know when your team is suffering from low participation and to take immediate steps to correct the problem.
