10 MANAGE RISKS
Having a detailed list of risks at the beginning of the project becomes a purely academic exercise if you do nothing to manage them. Ongoing risk management should be built into the project management tasks you do on a regular basis, keeping you on top of anything that may upset the successful delivery of the project.
