Whenever I return to Chicago, I try to visit the third best pizzeria in Chicago—a place called Gino’s East. How do I know it’s the third best? My last name is Carbonara—which obviously means that I’m Irish. No! I’m Italian, and I’m more experienced than most when it comes to knowing a thing or two about pizza.
