There are three areas of an online reputation that every organization should be concerned about: the entity’s reputation, the executives’ reputations, and the reputation of your products and services. As we discuss this subject in this chapter, be aware that we are referencing all three.
An online reputation evolves for all three with or without your help. As you can guess, the more you do to assist in the process, the better shot you have at creating a good reputation.
