Executive Outputs

Stance

The purpose of this short chapter is not to tell senior managers how to run their businesses; rather, it is to focus on the key outputs for the senior team with regard to the broad ESG question. In this book, we highlight three separate workstreams, that is, “E,” “S,” and “G,” with differing specialisms deployed and differing timeframes and risks encountered. Our high-level (executive-level) “roadmap” below suggests 16 relatively straightforward tasks that need to be formalized, but are sometimes missed as definitive steps.
