This chapter focuses on the exploration of project management (PM) from a musical perspective. Or more specifically, how PM might benefit from being more musical. “Projects,” in a more abstract sense, can be seen to be metaphorically musical in terms of requiring technical precision, expression, and performance, and successful presentation to a given audience.
