It’s possible to use your Mac without creating anything with it. For example, if you use your Mac only to explore the web, exchange email and text messages, and listen to podcasts, you’re not creating anything. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but it’s more likely that you’ll want to use your Mac to make things, such as documents with the Pages app or spreadsheets with the Numbers app. Similarly, it’s also likely that you’ll use your Mac to work with things you’ve created elsewhere, such as photos or videos taken with your iPhone or iPad.
