Creating a calendar event

You can create an event by clicking on Settings | Calendar Management | Edit Calendar. Here, I've created a calendar entry for February 9^th:

Now, when the job is run, that entire day is ignored:

As you can see, the entire day was masked, including the time of the anomalous spike.
