The accompanying Mac OS X, iPod, and iPhone Forensic Analysis DVD Toolkit DVD consists of two DMG images and a handful of tools to help you follow some of the examples in this book.
The first DMG image is a user's profile from a Mac running OS X. This volume is complete with artifacts that can be used in conjunction with some of the exercises in this book. The authors encourage you to use the DMG to practice recovering artifacts. Due to copyright issues, we did not include a complete image of OS X 10.5 “Leopard”. However, this image has the entire web, documents, library, and other artifacts from a single user's profile on a Leopard operating system.
