Annotate a PDF
You can add comments and red oval highlights to pdfs to call out items for other readers. Unfortunately, the notes completely obscure the text and cannot be moved once the PDF is saved. They print in exactly the same places as they appear on the screen. So be judicious about where you place your notes!
