Use the standard Mac OS X application features
Mail includes all of the standard Mac features as explained on the previous pages, such as spell checking, shadows for text, text in color, special characters, creating PDFs, previewing before you print, reading text aloud, and more.
The “Complete” feature, as explained on page 84, can be used in email messages. Any styles you created in TextEdit, as described on page 83, are also available in Mail messages—from the Format menu, slide down to “Style,” then out to “Styles….”
