To use a signature, put the menu in your message window
1. | Open a new message as if you're going to write a letter. |
2. | Single-click on the Action button to get the menu; choose “Customize….” |
3. | Put a checkmark in the box next to “Signature.” |
4. | Click ok. Now you will see the Signature menu in every new mail message, as shown below. Choose the one you want to use for each individual message, or set a default in the Preferences pane. |
You won't see an option to add signatures if you haven't made any yet!
