Previewing Documents
The Print dialog enables you to create and view previews of your documents. You might want to use this feature to check the appearance of a document before printing it.
To preview a document
1. | Set options as desired in the Print dialog’s panes.

2. | In any pane of the Print dialog (Figure 36), click the Preview button. The Print dialog disappears and Mac OS opens Preview. A moment later, the document appears in a Preview window (Figure 63).
