YouTube: the power of crowdsourcing
Abstract:
This chapter discusses in detail why YouTube, one of the social media sites, remains popular with library services for their local communities. Despite differences in cultures, languages, and softwares, YouTube has been employed for a variety of library outreach programs and teaching and learning tools, due to its unique crowdsourcing power.
