“It was a pleasure to read this book. It definitely shows a different side of leadership. Most often than not, accounts of leadership stories, and leadership manuals refer to C-level very prominent executives or high-rank politicians, who are not really the average leader or that don’t really lead in the average context. In that sense, this book contains a narrative much closer to rest of us, and also allows us to better empathize with the author and his advice, because his story seems closer and more similar to the rest of us.
