Elisa Valero Ramos is an award-winning architect who runs a cutting-edge practice in Granada, Spain. Recently, Elisa was shortlisted for the International Prize for Sustainable Architecture for her work in Cerrillo de Maracena. A regular finalist in numerous Spanish and international architecture competitions, including twice in the Biennale of Spanish Architecture, Elisa’s team was also awarded second prize in the 2012 Solar Decathlon Europe and she won first prize in the Mediterranean Union of Architects’ “Abitare il Mediterraneo” in 2011.
