Manage Client Expectations

My workload was unusually slow during the last week of September, so I decided to proactively check in with several project managers to see if I could offer any assistance. My first meeting was with Nikki Hooper; she was working with her client to update an application on how commissions were paid. Nikki was a mother of three with short blonde hair and green eyes.
